Commended by the assemblies in Clonkeen, Banbridge, Omagh and Cookstown, N. Ireland, we arrived in Rio Grande do Sul, with our two boys, Andrew and Stephen, in December 1992. We set up home initially in Novo Hamburgo, but in the year 1995, we moved to Sapucaia do Sul, a city of 140,000 people still in the Greater Porto Alegre area. Most of our work is evangelistic, with series of gospel meetings in gospel halls or rented garages/shops etc., but we do engage from time to time in the ministry of the Word and Bible Readings. We are in fellowship in the assembly in the neighbouring city of São Leopoldo (215,000), an assembly that was planted in 2005. We edit a quarterly magazine for believers as well as a gospel magazine for children, which we print in our home along with a large selection of gospel tracts etc.
