For those who may not know Micah, he was born in Milton, Ontario on December 20, 1999, Micah’s life was one of distinction, and fueled by the love for his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. His passion was to tell as many people as he could of the love of God that was demonstrated by sending His own Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. While his family is left to mourn and carry on, Micah is rejoicing today in his Saviour’s presence in heaven.
Predeceased by his grandmother, Alma Hackett (2017). Survived by his parents (Brent & Angie Hackett), his siblings (Nicole & Gerald Winkels, Lucas Hackett and Michaela Hackett), nieces (Virginia and Georgiana Winkels), nephew (Dominic Winkels) and grandparents (Lee & Eunice Conley). He will also be sorely missed by his many cousins, aunts, uncles and his family at Windsor Gospel Hall.
Micah’s legacy of writing and speaking will be a testimony to his passion for the truth of eternal life through the Lord Jesus Christ and the words of 1 John 4:9 – “In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.”
Visitation will take place Sunday July 21, 2019 from 3-5pm and from 7-9pm. Funeral service to be held Monday July 22, 2019 11:00am at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave. 519-253-7234. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
