Mail-in Donations
Complete the necessary information on the downloadable Donor form. Mail the form to the address in the Contact Us section along with a cheque made payable to Gospel Trust Canada.
A receipt, which is valid for income tax purposes, will be sent to you. Your fellowship will be forwarded to the commended workers and these workers will acknowledge your fellowship directly to you.
PreAuthorized Debit
Gospel Trust Canada is now offering pre-authorized payments for donors. This is a convenient way of having the same amount automatically withdrawn monthly from your Canadian bank account. The debit to your account would be on the 25th day of each month. If you would like this setup please complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Request Form and return it (by email, fax or mail) with a void cheque.
Please specify on the Pre-Authorized Payment Request Form how you suggest the donation to be used. If your gift is being sent to different commended workers each month, please attach a separate sheet listing the name(s) of the workers for each month of the year. You may cancel this authorization at any time by providing written notice to us.
You may also setup monthly donations, using your credit card, through CanadaHelps (www.canadahelps.org). However, please note that CanadaHelps charges a 3% fee for this service.
Online Donations
For your convenience, we are now able to offer the option of on-line donations, using a credit card, through CanadaHelps.
CanadaHelps.org, a registered charity, created to accept charitable donations online for Canadas charitable organizations, will process your donation. Donors will receive an immediate, secure PDF tax receipt from CanadaHelps, by email. CanadaHelps then forwards your donation (less their current transaction fee of 3%) to Gospel Trust Canada.
Use the message section of the CanadaHelps donation screen to explain how you suggest the gift be disbursed. If there is not enough room, please advise Gospel Trust Canada by email (info@gospeltrust.ca).

Year End Donations
Please note that Gospel Trust Canada is required by Canada Revenue Agency to date year end receipts by the date postmarked on the envelope by the post office NOT the date on the cheque.
Letters placed in mailboxes at the end of December may not be processed by Canada Post until January. Therefore, during the last few days of December, please have your envelope postmarked December by taking it to the post office to be date stamped in order to ensure year end donations are dated December.
Please remember that personal letters, by email or mail, sent directly to each worker would be greatly appreciated by them.
